PadelCut

Terms of use

Last updated 27 October 2026

These are the rules for using the PadelCut app and this website. They are short on purpose. By creating an account or uploading a video you agree to them. If you have a question, email carl@padelcut.app.

1. Who can use PadelCut

You must be 18 or over to create an account or upload a video.

2. The people in your videos

You must have the consent of everyone who appears in a video you upload, and they must all be 18 or over. The app asks you to confirm this before each upload. If you are not sure, ask before you press record.

3. Your videos stay yours

You own your videos, clips and reels. By uploading a video you give us permission to process it only to make your clips and reel and to deliver them to you and anyone you choose to share them with. We do not use your videos for anything else, and the full match video is deleted after your reel is made, as set out in the privacy policy.

4. What you must not upload

Do not upload anything illegal, abusive, threatening or harassing, anything that invades someone's privacy, or anything you do not have the right to share. Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service. We may remove content or close an account that breaks these rules.

5. Early access

PadelCut is in early access and is free for now. The service is provided as is: it may have bugs, rally detection may miss a point or add one, and features may change or stop. We will do our best, but we do not promise that the app will always be available or that every reel will be right. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.

6. Ending things

You can stop using PadelCut and delete your account in the app at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why if we do.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top and, for anything that matters, tell you in the app before it takes effect.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you that cannot be taken away.

9. Who we are

PadelCut is operated by Romestraat Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16342990, registered office Suite 5, 5th Floor, City Reach, 5 Greenwich View Place, London E14 9NN. Email: carl@padelcut.app.
